Rates & Information
Up to six guests can enjoy all that La Paila and Costa Rica have to offer:
$2,000 U.S. per week in season (November 1st thru April 30th) $1,600 U.S. off season (May 1st through October 31st)
Up to four additional guests may be accommodated based on a surcharge of $100 per week per additional person.
The villa is generally available in weekly increments based on Saturday arrivals and departures, but other times frames can be accommodated on a pro-rated basis.
The rental fee covers the services of a cook/housekeeper and a caretaker of the property, all linens, kitchen and serving ware. The rental fee does not include gratuities, food, beverages and air or ground transportation.
A 50% deposit is required to reserve dates. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. Refunds are available on deposits up to 60 days prior to arrival, less a 10% administrative fee. Reservations are on a first come basis, held only by deposit.

Cancellation Refund Policy
