 Rates & Information
For all of this luxury and a relaxing escape,
La Paila is $3,000 U.S. per week in season (November 1st
thru April 30th) and $2,300 U.S. off season (May 1st through October
31st) for up to six guests. Up to four additional guests may be accommodated based on a surcharge of $100 per week per additional person. You can see immediately what days are available for rental
by viewing our Availability Calendar. The villa is generally available
in weekly increments based on Saturday arrivals and departures.
The rental fee covers the services of a cook/housekeeper and a
caretaker of the property, all linens, kitchen and serving ware.
The rental fee does not include gratuities, food, beverages and
air or ground transportation. A 50% deposit is required to reserve
dates. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Refunds are
available on deposits up to 60 days prior to arrival, less a 10%
administrative fee. Rates are subject to change. For more information,
